These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, and services provided by The New Self Coaching.

3. Nature of Coaching Services

The New Self Coaching provides personal development, mindset, and health coaching services for educational and informational purposes only.

 

Coaching is a collaborative, and non-therapeutic process intended to support self-awareness, lifestyle reflection, goal setting, and personal responsibility.

Health coaching may include discussion of habits, lifestyle choices, stress management, wellbeing practices, and general health education.

 

Coaching does not involve medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or disease management.

Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your personal effort, commitment, health status, and circumstances.

4. Coaching & Mental Health Disclaimer

Coaching services provided by The New Self Coaching include health coaching and may incorporate general medical and pharmaceutical information consistent with my professional qualification as a licensed pharmacist.

Any medical or pharmaceutical information provided is of a general advisory nature and does not replace an individual medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician or other qualified healthcare professional where required.

I do not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or emergency medical care. I do not diagnose mental health disorders or provide crisis intervention.

Health coaching may include discussion of medications, lifestyle factors, wellbeing practices, and health education. Final decisions regarding medical treatment, prescriptions, diagnostics, and specialist care remain the responsibility of the client and/or their treating physician.

If you experience severe symptoms, worsening health conditions, mental health crises, or medical emergencies, you agree to seek immediate care from appropriate healthcare professionals or emergency services.

By using my services, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the distinction between coaching, pharmaceutical advice, and medical treatment

  • You remain responsible for your health decisions and for consulting physicians when necessary

  • Coaching does not replace ongoing medical care or emergency treatment

5. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, behaviors, and results arising from coaching.

 

You agree that you are participating voluntarily and that you remain in control of your choices at all times.

6.Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions may not be refunded or rescheduled

  • Payment plans, if offered, must be honored in full

Specific details may be outlined in individual agreements or program descriptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, coaching materials, text, exercises, worksheets, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of The New Self Coaching unless otherwise stated.
 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content without prior written permission.

I respect your confidentiality and will not disclose personal coaching information except:
